Delhi alone has 10 percent of the country’s electric vehicles registered. The Delhi government also wants to attack the problem of pollution in the state by adding the number of electric vehicles. before this month, the government had blazoned the creation of a network of 1,000 charging stations within a time. 

Of these 1,000 charging stations, 682 points have been installed by BRPL at 315 locales, 150 by BYPL at 70 locales and 168 by TPDDL at 50 locales. At the same time, within three times, the Delhi government has decided to set up 18,000 charging stations at different locales. 

 

Of these, 5,000 charging stations will be installed on main roads, along roadways and innon-parked domestic colonies. similar charging stations will give charging installation for long distance electric vehicles, as well as be of great use to people living innon-parking domestic areas. 

Explain that under the Delhi EV policy, a maximum subvention of Rs 30,000 is being given on the purchase of electric two- wheelers, autorickshaws,e-rickshaws, and goods trains in the state, while a subvention of over to Rs1.5 lakh is being given on the purchase of an electric auto. can be taken advantage of. piecemeal from this, electric vehicles have been fully exempted from enrollment figure.
