The state is currently facing an important news regarding the opening of schools. Today, the education minister said that schools in the state will not be open till Diwali. The government will consider starting a school after Diwali.

The government has taken an important decision today regarding the condition of Corona at a time when the state is witnessing a monstrous form of Corona. Corona’s condition will be considered after Diwali and then a decision will be taken to reopen the schools. The next decision on starting school will be taken based on the situation of Corona in the state after Diwali.

It is worth mentioning here that in Unlock of Gujarat, everything is slowly opening up. But the government has not yet given permission to open schools, which is a big news today. Every parent was faced with the question of when the children’s schools would reopen.

The Education Department of the Government of Gujarat has taken an important decision. He said the government would consider starting primary and secondary schools in Gujarat only after Diwali. In Corona’s situation, the government said the education department would consider starting schools based on Corona’s situation in the state after Diwali.

The SOP outlines various generic precautionary measures to be adopted in addition to specific measures to be taken when schools are permitting students (for 9th to 12th class) to prevent spread of COVID-19.

The government has divided the sections so that scholars can take the test fluently. scholars from different sections have been distributed different mobile figures to take the test grounded on whatsapp. To give this test grounded on whatsapp, scholars will now have to save the number distributed to their sections, take the test and register.

    This application is S.S.A. Useful for digitizing the answer sheets of weekly examinations (Ekam Kasoti) conducted in primary and secondary schools of Gujarat by.

    Weekly tests are conducted by the SSA to test students 'ability to test students' abilities. This application is provided by SSA to GCERT. How to enter unit test marks using Saral Data app?

•     First install and open the Saral Data app
• Click on the Process button
• Login by entering the school name and diecode
• Now deselect the standard and select the test date
• Class, date and student names will appear on the screen.
• Click on the green button that appears on the screen
• Now the camera of the mobile will open. Then give all permission
• Scan and upload all student tests
• Save and press the ok button
• Ok ... now your marks have been entered ...

You all know that the unit test is taken in standard 3 to 12 in the Gujarat state. Earlier we were updating the unit test mark on the online site – ssaexam.in. But from this year, an innovative medium has been implemented for the entry of unit test marks. From now on, the unit test marks have to be entered from the mobile application.

    For which the table given in the test booklet has to be scanned. The name of this application is SaralData. 

     It has been created by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. 

   Here is guidance regarding this application and its use.

    The SaralData App unit is an application for scanning test evaluations. SaralData App Guide is also provided here. This application can be easily used by reading Ekam Kasoti Marks Entry Guide.

Instruction:

The last 5 digits of the student’s unique ID number are to be displayed in the student’s unique ID column.

Write the numbers in English so that they can be scanned. Gujarati digits will not be scanned.

In each question, mark the marks obtained by the student with a hb pencil or a dark pencil on the marks.

 Latest Circular date-05/01/2021. regarding the planning of periodical test for students of standard three to eight in the month of January.

A periodic assessment test of the subject has been conducted for the purpose of assessment with Home Learning during the period of covid 19 as per the above subject and context.

It is kindly requested to take further action from the level. In the month of January, the test of environment and social science and science subject in standard 6 to 8 will be held.  The test has to be delivered to the students in hard copy or soft copy by. All the medium test will be made available on the website of GCERT on 27 1 2020 as well as the tests in Gujarati which can also be obtained from the QR code on the textbook index of that subject

For the purpose of providing education to the children by the government, the children can get education from home through DD Girnar through youtube channel as well as through the Diksha portal application prepared.  Students who do not have smartphones available can take their education at home on DD GIRANAR TV or even through the Baysag channel.  The government has provided user ID and password of the application called Microsoft Team to all the students studying in the schools. 

 Arrangements have also been made by the government for the evaluation of what students are learning through home learning through online learning.  Home learning has been arranged by the government for students who are currently unable to attend school due to the Corona epidemic.  Arrangements are made by the government in advance for the students to watch the educational programs on DD Girnar.  Students can take education at home based on DD Girnar schedule.
