વિષય : સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં સંગીતના સાધનો-વાજિંત્રોની ખરીદી માટે ગ્રાન્ટ ફાળવણી કરવા બાબત.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે શિક્ષા મંત્રાલય, ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા પાયાની સાક્ષરતા અને અંકજ્ઞાન - (FLN) National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy - NIPUN BHARAT મિશનનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ – 2020 મુજબ નિપુણ ભારતના વિઝન અનુસાર વર્ષ:2026-27 સુધીમાં ધોરણ-૩ સુધીના તમામ બાળકો પાયાની સાક્ષરતા અને અંકજ્ઞાન પ્રાપ્ત કરે તે માટેનું યોગ્ય વાતાવરણ નિર્માણ કરવાનું છે.

Nipun Bharat Mission (FLN) અંતર્ગત બાળકો નિયત કરેલ લક્ષ્યો પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે તે માટે વર્ગમાં શીખવા-

શીખવવા માટેની સહાયક સામગ્રી આપવા સંદર્ભે શૈક્ષણિક અને સહ શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિ તરીકે વિવિધ આયામોનું નિર્માણ

કરવાનું કાર્ય વધુ સતેજ થાય તે માટે વિવિધ કલાઓ પૈકીની એક-સંગીત કલાને ઉત્તેજન મળી રહે તે હેતુસર રાજ્યની

સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓને સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની ખરીદી માટે ગ્રાન્ટ આપવા બાબતે નિર્ણય થયેલ છે. સંદર્ભ (1)ની મંજૂરી અન્વયે અત્રેની કચેરીના સંદર્ભ (2)ના કચેરી આદેશથી સંગીતના સાધનો વાજિંત્રોની ખરીદી માટે રાજ્યની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓને નીચે જણાવેલ વિગતે ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ ગ્રાન્ટ જિલ્લાઓ દ્વારા મળેલ વિગતોને ધ્યાને લઇ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ છે. વિદ્યાર્થી સંખ્યા મુજબ નિયત થયેલ મળવાપાત્ર ફાળવેલ ગ્રાન્ટની વિગતો તેમજ સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની યાદી, સ્પેર્ટીફીકેશન, ભાવ અને ગ્રાન્ટની વિગત.

| માર્ગદર્શક સૂચનાઓ :

1. ઉક્ત ગ્રાન્ટની રકમ સંબંધિત શાળાઓને ફાળવવાની રહેશે. 2. સંગીત વિષયના તજજ્ઞાશ્રીઓની સમિતિ દ્વારા તૈયાર કરવામાં આવેલ શાળામાં ધોરણ: 1 થી 8ની કુલ વિદ્યાર્થી સંખ્યા મુજબ શાળાએ ખરીદવાના થતા સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની યાદી અને મિનીમમ સ્પેસીફીકેશન, સૂચવેલ મહત્તમ ભાવ, સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની સંખ્યા અને ભાવ મુજબ કુલ ફાળવેલ ગ્રાન્ટની વિગત ઉપર પત્રકમાં જણાવ્યા મુજબ છે. શાળાએ ઉપર જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે લાગુ પડતા સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની યાદી, તેના સ્પેસીફીકેશન અને મહત્તમ ભાવની મર્યાદામાં ખરીદી કરવાની રહેશે. સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની ખરીદી સ્કુલ મેનેજમેન્ટ કમિટી દ્વારા કરવાની રહેશે. 

૩. સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રો શાળાની શૈક્ષણિક તેમજ સહાભ્યાસિક તથા સાંસ્કૃતિક પ્રવૃત્તિમાં વધુમાં વધુ તેમજ કાળજીપૂર્વક ઉપયોગ થાય તેની ખાસ તકેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે. સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની યોગ્ય જાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે તેમજ મૂળ તો આ સાધનો/વાજિંત્રો વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ઉપયોગ માટે છે જેથી સરળતાથી તેઓને ઉપલબ્ધ થાય તે

સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાનું રહેશે, 4. સાધન વાજિંત્રના સ્પેસીફીકેશન મિનીમમ છે એટલે કે આ સ્પેસીફીકેશન કરતાં વધુ ગુણવત્તાવાળા સ્પેસીફીકેશનના

સાધન/વાજિંત્ર માર્ગદર્શિકામાં જણાવેલ મહત્તમ ભાવની મર્યાદામાં ખરીદી કરી શકાશે.

5. ખરીદી કરેલ સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની શાળાના ડેડસ્ટોક રજીસ્ટરમાં બિનચૂક નોંધણી કરવાની રહેશે.

6. સી.આર.સી. કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રીએ તમામ શાળાઓમાં ખરીદવામાં આવેલ સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની સ્પેસીફીકેશન મુજબ ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત અસલ બીલમાં દર્શાવેલ સાધનો વાજિંત્રોની ભૌતિક ચકાસણી અને ડેડસ્ટોક

રજીસ્ટર સાથે જાતે મેળવણું કરવાનું રહેશે.આ કામગીરી તટસ્થ રીતે કરવાની રહેશે.

7, તાલુકા કક્ષાએ તાલુકાની 10 % શાળાઓમા (દરેક ક્લસ્ટરની ઓછામાં ઓછી 1 શાળા) સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની સ્પેસીફીકેશન મુજબ ચકાસણી સંબંધિત બી.આર.સી. કૉ-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રીએ કરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત અસલ બીલમાં દર્શાવેલ સાધનો વાજિંત્રોની ભૌતિક ચકાસણી અને ડેડસ્ટોક રજીસ્ટર સાથે ફરજીયાત મેળવણું કરવાનું રહેશે. શ્રેણી

8. જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ આ સંગીતના સાધનો/વાજિંત્રોની ચકાસણી માટે એક કમિટીની રચના કરવાની રહેશે. આ કમિટીએ જિલ્લાની 5 % શાળાઓમાં (દરેક બ્લોકની ઓછામાં ઓછી 2 શાળામાં) સ્પેસીફીકેશન મુજબ ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત અસલ બીલમાં દર્શાવેલ સાધનો વાજિંત્રોની ભૌતિક ચકાસણી અને ડેડસ્ટોક રજીસ્ટર સાથે

ફરજીયાત મેળવણું કરવાનું રહેશે, ૭. ઉપર જણાવેલ ક્રમ નં. 6 થી 8 મુજબ ચકાસણી થયેલ શાળાઓની યાદી અને વિગતો જે તે કક્ષાએ હાથવગી રાખવાની રહેશે.

Following are the guidelines for admission in Model School for Model School and Model Day Schools for the academic year  for the next academic year. As the entrance examination in the model school is not possible as per the RTE Act, the students will have to prepare the merit list on the basis of their previous standard marks and give admission.  (Merit list should be prepared on the basis of Std-08 mark sheet for admission in Std-8, Merit list should be made on the basis of Std-08 mark sheet for admission in Std-08.  Enrollment of children who have obtained more than marks should be done in Model School and Model Day Schools.  Model Day School will not have to admit more than 50 students per class (Std. 09 to 08) and 40 students per class (Std. 09 to 12). 3. In educationally backward talukas where Model School and Model  The first admission should be given to the students of the same taluka as the day schools.  Students will have to be admitted as per the reservation of the district fixed by the government and in this regard the existing rules of the social welfare department will have to be followed.

If the number of students for the reserved space is not sufficient then the students of other categories will have to be admitted from the merit list.  7. The accreditation of the school from which the students come for admission should be obtained from the office of the Director of Primary Education if it is a primary school and if it is a secondary higher secondary school then it should be obtained as per the provision specified by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.  8. According to the merit list, the parents of the eligible students should be informed by letter and telephone and they should be asked to give a letter of guarantee within the time limit.  If he does not get admission within the stipulated time limit  (does not give guarantee letter) then admission will be considered as cancellation.  The process of admitting students from the waiting list has to be done against those who do not get admission within the stipulated time.  During the summer vacation- 2021, regarding the work done as a nodal employee at the Isolation Center under Kovid-12 epidemic, read / received the matter of depositing the received leave: (1) Hon.  Letter No. of District Development Officer, Jamnagar.  Panchayat / 4 / Work / 4/206/2061, Dt.  7/08/2071 (2) Taluka Development Officer, Jamjodhpur Letter No. Establishment / Work / 104/206 1, Dt.  02/2021 (2) Gujarat Civil Service Holiday Rules - 2009 Office Order: As per the above subject, the employees working as principals / assistant teachers in the primary school under their control here are on summer vacation - due to transition of corona in vacation during 2031 or per day.  In order to avoid any harm to the people infected with the epidemic, the government primary schools / public institutions of the village, such as Samajwadi, etc., have been designated by Reference 1 and 2 as the Isolation Center for the infected patients or those who are about to be quarantined.  As the nodal employee of the isolation center in that village who has appointed the primary school principal / assistant teacher of that village, the principal / assistant teacher of the respective primary school in the villages as per the appendix included in this interest will be appointed from 08/06/2021.  As a total of 15 days vacation till 20/02/2071, as per the following calculation, as per the following calculation, the leave / allowance was payable so that the full paid teachers could deposit the leave due as per column no.  Compensation leave due as per column no. 3 against the day spent on duty is therefore ordered to be deposited keeping in view the note given below, leave received / compensation leave = days when vacation has not been granted Total number of days of vacation (56) *  Actually the time of job duty is a total of 30 years.  = 12 x 2 x 20 = 2.4 = 2 days ૫૬ ૩૬૫ Note: Legislative Assistants will also be eligible for compensatory leave as per the above condition, which can be enjoyed till December 2021.

 Regarding the above subject and context, to state that according to the relevant letter, in all the primary schools under your jurisdiction run by the District Primary Education Officer in the districts and in the Municipalities and Corporations by the Govt.  Secretary.  (Primary and Secondary) As per the telephonic instruction received for education, the time of all primary schools was kept in the morning from  Now the government has asked to give the educational work of Std. 6 to 8 upper primary schools directly offline.  So that school time is now asked to be kept as usual from 01/05/201.  In addition, all primary schools under your jurisdiction are instructed to give necessary instructions from your level to fix the school time keeping in view the provisions of RTE-2009.

 (1), In all government / private and non-subsidized primary schools of all the boards of the state, from , for the students of Std.  That is, it would be a love for the student to attend the offline education in a materially direct manner and for that the concerned institution / primary school should follow the sample attached herewith.

Number: Gus-21-2021-Jasar-102050-200-D- Gujarat Government has declared public holidays for government offices and banks for the calendar year 2061 with the announcement dated 5th October-2020.

 Part-I of this Declaration is a public holiday mentioned in the order of leave for the offices of the State Government and Part-II is a public holiday mentioned in the order of leave for banks under Part-II Act (181).

 "Mahoram (Ashura) was declared on 15th August, 2031/3 Shravan, 18, Thursday".  Now in its place

 A public holiday is declared on "Mahoram (Ashura) 30th August, 2021/4, Shravan, 18, Friday".

 On Thursday 18/09/2071, the work of all government offices and banks will continue as usual.

The state education department will roll out its 1,000-day plan for the World Bank-funded Mission Schools of Excellence project on August 1.

For the project, the department commenced training of all stakeholders — Block Resource Centre co-ordinators, Cluster Resource Centre co-ordinators, District Education Officers, District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) principals among others — on June 28 at Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) headquarters in Gandhinagar. It will continue till July 8.

“Along with a better understanding of the project, from the training we are looking at a participative planning from all these stakeholders involved,” said secretary education Vinod Rao.

The Gujarat education department has announced the Mission Schools of Excellence project for government schools, with a multi-level funding of state government, Central government as well as national and foreign funding agencies.
