Sales of electric cars increased in carnivals, small metropolises outnumber big metropolises in demand 

According to a report, the country’s IT capital Bengaluru saw the loftiest sales of electric vehicles. Delhi and Mumbai stood alternate and third in demand for electric cars . Talking about Tier- 2 i.e. small metropolises, these include the most demanding metropolises of South India as well as metropolises like Indore, Kozhikode, Surat, Madurai.

Due to the gleeful season, people are swarming to the showrooms of vehicles. In such a situation, along with petrol vehicles, electric vehicles are also serving from it. Talking about electric cars , Tata Nexon EV is in high demand, followed by Tata Tigor EV, MG ZS EV and Hyundai Kona EV. 

piecemeal from electric cars , the demand for other cars has also seen a good growth. The demand for energy- powered passenger cars has registered a growth of 39 per cent this gleeful season. Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Kia and Toyota are among the top auto merchandisers during the jubilee. 

According to the report, the demand for energy- powered cars remained stagnant in big metropolises during carnivals, but the demand for cars in lower metropolises grew by 73 per cent. Among the lower metropolises, Lucknow, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Patna and Coimbatore have the loftiest demand for cars among guests. 

 

Record sales of vehicles have been registered in Navratri this time. A aggregate of 5,39,227 units of vehicles have been vended in India between September 26 and October 5, 2022, according to Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations( FADA). These sales are 57 percent advanced than the 3,42,459 vehicles vended in September last time. 

 

FADA said that in the time 2019, the total vehicle sales during Navratri was 4,66,128  units which reached5.39 lakh units, breaking the old record this time. FADA said that the machine request is now back on track after three times after recovering from the goods of the Corona epidemic. Retail sales of two wheelers during this time’s Navratri stood at units 3,69,020  as against 2,42,213  units during the gleeful period last time, showing a growth of52.35 per cent. On the other hand, sales of passenger vehicles( cars ) stood at units 1,10,521  as against 64,850 units last time, a growth of 70.43 percent. 

The three wheeler order has also witnessed growth. This time Navratri saw sales of 19,809 units of three wheelers as compared to 9,203 units last time. Tractor sales this Navratri grew by 57.66 per cent to 17,440 units as against only 11,062 units in last time’s Navratri.
