Good News For All Teacher In Election Day

Local self-government elections have been announced in the state. Given Koro’s position, local government elections will be held in two phases. Municipal elections will be held in the first phase and municipalities and panchayats in the second phase


Polling for 6 municipalities will be held on February 21 and counting of votes will take place on February 23. Polling for 31 district panchayats and 231 taluka panchayats and 81 municipalities will be held on February 28. The counting of votes will take place on March 2

manifesto for all the six municipal elections will be published on February 1. Subscription forms can be filled up till February 6. If the candidatures are verified on February 8, the candidatures can be withdrawn by February 9.

Polling will be held on February 21 in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar Municipal Corporations of the state. The polling is scheduled from 7 am to 6 pm.

Voting will take place on February 22 if a seat needs to be re-voted. The counting of votes for all the 6 municipalities will be held on February 23.
The State Election Commission will soon announce the SOP when local self-government elections are being held in the Corona era.
