Digital Service Setu - Gujarat State Portal
Digital Gujarat Portal App and Digital Seva Setu Gujarat App have been created by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat. Various government schemes and services are available in Gujarat for the welfare of the citizens. To avail these services, one had to go face to face to the Taluka N District level offices, keeping in view that both these portals have been created as part of the digital revolution for the convenience of the people in the rural areas of Gujarat. Beneficiaries should be able to avail the benefits of various government schemes from rural areas so as to save time and transportation cost.
The e-gram scheme has been implemented by the Government of Gujarat through Information Technology from the year 2007-2008. Government services are available online through e-Gram Centers. Gujarat Digital Portal and Digital Seva Setu Website have been created to increase transparency in administration in the state and enable citizens to avail services faster.

This scheme is run in collaboration with the entire Government of Gujarat.
This scheme is run under the name of Ganga Swarupa Financial Assistance Scheme. Which is another name for the Widow Assistance Scheme.
Under the scheme of Gujarat Government, Rs. 1250 per month is deposited in the bank account of the beneficiaries through DBT.

Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme
The IGNWPS scheme is run in collaboration with both the Government of Gujarat and the Central Government.
The scheme is part of the Widow Assistance Scheme.
Under this scheme, Rs. 1250 per month is directly deposited in the bank account of the widowed beneficiary.
