Now the financial year is coming to an end in just a few days.  So many rules will change from April 1st.  One of which is linked to your celery.  Let us know.

 The government will implement the new wage law i.e. the new wage code from April 1

 In fact the new pay law i.e. the new pay code will be implemented by the government from 1st April.  After this rule you can increase your tech home salary by reducing your taxes.  Let us know what the new wage law is and how you can avail it.

 Under the government's new wage law, the basic salary should be 50 per cent of your monthly salary.  Basic salary includes basic salary, dearness allowance and retaining allowance.  Your basic salary is calculated by adding these three things.

What is the old rule

 Suppose your total annual income i.e. CTC is Rs. 18 lakhs.  Under the current rule, the basic salary is 32% of CTC.  In this way, the share of basic salary in your monthly CTC should be Rs 48,000.  While 50 per cent i.e. HRA of Rs 24000 and after this 10 per cent i.e. Rs 4800 NPS, 12 per cent will be Rs 5760 in Provident Fund.  Thus, in a CTC of Rs 1.50 lakh, your monthly salary becomes Rs 82,560 and the remaining Rs 67,440 goes to other things.

 This will benefit from the new structure

 Now that the new pay code has been implemented from April 1, you can change the structure of your salary.  Under the new law, salary will be adjusted in PF, graduation, inflation allowance, travel allowance and house rent allowance.  Basic CTC being 50 per cent means that the allowances will not exceed 50 per cent, similarly changes in PF and other allowances will also reduce the tax burden.  The effect of which will be seen on your take home celery

 In fact every aspect was examined before the new wage code was implemented in the cabinet.  In particular, after examining all the 196 allowances, the Cabinet has decided to retain 37 per cent and exclude 51 of them so as to reduce the burden on the employed and give them more benefits.  Graduation is available only after working for 5 consecutive years in a company but under the new law, employees will be entitled to gratuity only after working for 1 year.

HTAT Head Teacher Transfer rules. 6/3/2021

The teachers were considered and accordingly the primary teachers were entitled to the first higher pay scale i.e. promotion to the post of Assistant Education Inspector. As there is no promotion cadre for the post of Assistant Education Inspector for Primary Teachers, they have been given second and third rank by the Finance Department on 18/02/2011. 624 5 ais 52-100E-55-5. (I) The fixed E2 was to be met as per the seventh schedule.

That 26, this Vilag Samhsh (2) is 60 oll to 18/01/2012. The allowance rules of the headmaster cadre were enacted on these two. As per the provision made in these recruitment rules, the primary teacher was appointed as the feeder cadre of the head teacher. Provision was made in the flying declaration to fulfill the qualifications prescribed for the post of headmaster to get promotion or to get higher pay scale.

Thus, as per the declaration dated 03/01/2008 to the Assistant Education Inspector and as per the declaration dated 19/01/2017, there are two liabilities for the promotion of the primary teachers. It is arbitrary to get promotion to the post of headmaster by the resolution of 60 (ol) 60 ol of 2012, they have been deemed to be eligible for the first appropriate step.

the above details, the notification of this department dated 18/01/20-21 and dated 21/01/20710 as well as the resolution dated 19/03/6) 21 have been implemented, 21 Yoi Vs. Interpretation of various declarations and resolutions published under reference (1) to (2) in relation to the first, second and third higher pay standard all for primary school teachers and head teachers. For the purpose, the following general explanations are issued in respect of those provisions, taking into account that there is no difference in the original provisions of all the declarations and resolutions mentioned in the context.

It is voluntary for the head teacher to be promoted to the post of Assistant Education Supervisor. This means that there is no place for promotion for the head teacher but only those head teachers who want to get the promotion have to pass the relevant examination. Thus, the cadre of the head teacher is a solitary cadre.

In order to improve the primary education in the state, the unit was tested by taking four times a month from standard 1 to 9. The elementary teachers demanded to be taken only once a month as the unit was not going to be out of the test. Students from standard 3 to 8 were tested every Saturday by a subject unit that included the same course of study as Saturday, but the teachers were confused about how much of the unit to spend every Saturday during the week, including the station. The unit was raised in demanding teachers to be taken once a month for the tests. It is worth mentioning that after giving complete timetable of the unit test with full attention, the principal of the school was ordered to take the exam accordingly. As per the decision taken by the Government as a precautionary measure keeping in view the present situation of Corona, the first examination of Std. Only online from 19/03/2021 to 27/03/2021. For this, schools will have to send soft copies of question papers to the students. Students will need to send a softcopy or hardcopy of the written answers to the school

The first examination of Std. 9 to 12 in all the secondary and higher secondary schools in all the areas except the eight Municipal Corporations will have to be taken off line from 19/03/2021 to 27/03/2021 as per its fixed schedule.

Regarding the unit test program of the subject standard 3 to 8. Under the above subject, it is stated that the entire educational campaign examines the academic quality of each subject from standard 1 to 2, taking remedial work of that subject as well as periodic assessment test on the part of SC. A unit test has been organized to evaluate and improve the quality of classroom teaching by teachers.

During the second semester of the academic year, the unit test of various subjects will be taken in accordance with the schedule included in the standard from 1 to 3 on November 30. It will be delivered to the district in soft copy every Thursday.

Each district will have to deliver BRC and BRC on the same day CRC will be delivered in soft copy to the school on Friday. The cost for this can be improved by owning a Composition Grant. Local unit monitoring and management will have to be coordinated at the district level by the district project coordinator for the unit to be properly tested.

Upon completion of the unit test, the unit test notebook will have to be shown to each student's guardian and his / her signature will also be worked out.

Question papers of other media other than Gujarati which ICE and MA of that district have to obtain from their district dial and deliver to the soft copy of the school through BRC CRC. Students of Hindi and Sanskrit subjects in standard 6 to 8 will be required to take the same test in one day. Thes will have to take a test of Hindi and then Sanskrit subject unit first.
