7th Pay Commission:New year Government will give gifts to employees

7th Pay Commission: Government will give gifts to employees in the new year, salary will increase!:

The new year is bound to bring a lot of happiness for Central Government Employees.  In the year 2021, the central employees are to get higher salary.  Due to Covid 19, dearness allowance to central employees has been blocked this year.  Central employees and pensioners used to get inflation allowance at 21 per cent, but now it is getting at 17 per cent.

This arrangement will last until June 2021
Let me tell you that due to the smooth running of economic activities in the Coronavirus pandemic, the Central Government had imposed a ban on expensive allowances.  According to the 7th Pay Commission, the inflation allowance was supposed to be 21 per cent, but at present the allowance is being given at the rate of 17 per cent.  The central government has made this arrangement till June 2021.

Impact on more than 55 lakh employees
Employees and pensioners are hopeful that the government can provide relief on DA after June 2021.  And if that happens then the salary and pension will go up.  The central government raises the DA on January 1 and July 1.  The increase was 4 per cent in January this year.  It is currently having a direct impact on more than 50 lakh employees and more than 55 lakh pensioners.

4% increase in DA in March
Earlier, the cabinet had hiked the inflation allowance by 4 per cent in March.  The government usually changes the DA twice a year to offset the increase in prices.  This is one more attempt to reduce government spending.  Earlier, a 30% reduction in the salaries of ministers, PMs, presidents and members of parliament was also announced.  Their MPLADs plan to allocate more funds to fight COVID-19 has also been suspended for two years.

New Year gift given by Delhi government
The Arvind Kejriwal government in the national capital gave a gift to the workers at the end of the year.  The government has decided to increase the monthly allowance for its unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled and other categories of artisans.  This information was given by Delhi Deputy Manish Sisodia.
