Raing Falling Forecast For Gujarat All Dist
Scenes of desolation are being witnessed in Jamkhambhaliya. Jamkhambhaliya district has received 19 inches of rain in the last 20 hours. Heavy rains have created desolation scenes in Jam Khambhaliya. The railway station area has been submerged due to rains. With 19 inches of rain, the entire city has been flooded and water has seeped into people's homes. Following heavy rains, the NDRF team has reached Jam Khambhaliya. Significantly, 12 inches of rain fell in just 2 hours from 6 to 8 yesterday evening. Heavy rains have flooded the fields.


Heavy rainfall is expected in central Gujarat and southern Saurashtra on Friday and Saturday. The IMD’s Ahmedabad office has forecast heavy rain (64-115 mm) in isolated parts of Porbandar, Junagarh, Amreli, Gir Somnath, Dohad, Mahisagar and Aravalli districts. Light to moderate rain is forecast for the rest of the state until then.

On Wednesday morning, no significant 24-hour rainfall was recorded over the state. The observatory at Ahmedabad did not record any rainfall, while Rajkot and Surat also saw zero or negligible rainfall. From Wednesday onward, the IMD has forecast cloudy skies and light rain for Ahmedabad. Temperatures are expected to range from 24-35°C till the end of the month.
